In short: this website has one form. If you reserve a seat, we use what you enter only to hold your seat and to write to you about The Circle. No newsletter, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels.

2. When you visit this website
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Netlify’s servers: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, and your browser type. Netlify processes this data so the website can be delivered securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t combine this data with anything else.
Price in your currency. To show the monthly price for your region, Netlify works out which country you are visiting from, using your IP address, at the moment the page is delivered. We don’t store this.
Language. The page language follows your browser’s language setting. If you switch language yourself, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device.
What this website doesn’t do. It sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no embedded content from other companies. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
3. When you reserve a seat
In the form we ask for your first name, email address, country, age range and preferred meeting time. Sent along automatically are the page language, the price shown to you and — where available — how you reached us (for example “instagram”), taken from the link or the referring website. Netlify, which handles the form for us, also stores the IP address and browser type the form was sent from.
We use this to hold a seat for you, to write to you personally about The Circle (confirmation, date, access link), and to plan the group, for example which time zone and themes suit the women in it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We don’t use your details for a newsletter or for advertising, and we don’t sell them or pass them on.
How long we keep it. For as long as you take part in The Circle. If you don’t join, we delete your details no later than twelve months after your request, or straight away if you ask us to.
4. Who receives your data
Netlify hosts this website and handles the form as our processor. Netlify is based in the USA and certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We ourselves are based in the Philippines, so your reservation details are processed there.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Where the GDPR applies you also have the right to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to object to processing. You can complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the authority where you live; in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission.

6. Adults only
The Circle is for women aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
7. Changes
If this website or The Circle changes, we update this page and the date above.
